Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and In The Black Budget LLC, operating as Pravely (“Pravely,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing, downloading, or using Pravely’s websites, applications, workbooks, reports, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

2. Educational tools—not financial advice

Pravely does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, credit, lending, or insurance advice and is not a fiduciary. Calculators, scores, projections, reports, examples, and educational content are estimates based on information and assumptions you provide. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee any result. You are responsible for your decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in information and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. One account is for one customer unless a plan expressly permits sharing. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

4. Plans, purchases, and lifetime access

Free and paid plan features are described at purchase. A one-time app purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the purchased plan for the life of that Pravely product or service. It includes core updates identified for that plan, but not separately priced add-ons, third-party services, professional-adviser services, bank connections, or future products unless expressly stated. We may improve, replace, or retire individual features while preserving the material value of a paid plan where reasonably possible.

5. App-store and Stripe purchases

Website purchases may be processed by Stripe. Apple or Google purchases are governed by that store’s payment and refund rules. Access may be restored after validation of the applicable purchase record. Store subscriptions, if offered later, must be canceled through the store that billed you; deleting your Pravely account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

6. Refunds and payment problems

We display the price and included features before purchase. Except where law or app-store policy requires otherwise, digitally delivered one-time purchases are generally final after access is provided. Pravely may consider refund requests case by case, but approval is not guaranteed. If a payment fails, is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, related paid access may be withheld or revoked. Use our support form if access does not work or a purchase was made in error.

7. Workbooks and license identification

Workbooks are licensed, not sold as intellectual property. Each copy may contain a unique license ID and purchaser-related identification for administration, support, fraud prevention, and investigation of unauthorized redistribution. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, or use a licensed workbook to create a competing commercial product.

8. Customer data

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant Pravely the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, synchronize, and display it to provide and secure the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and independent copies of information you need.

9. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion in app Settings or through support. After verification, deletion permanently removes the account and customer-entered financial workspace, subject to limited records retained for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, disputes, purchase validation, and legal compliance. Deleting an account forfeits access associated with that account, including paid plan access, and does not automatically provide a refund, transfer a license, or cancel app-store billing. Reinstatement may be considered case by case and may require proof of purchase and identity verification; reinstatement is not guaranteed. Contact support before deleting if you want us to review an access or purchase issue.

10. Acceptable use

You may not bypass access controls; disrupt security; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; infringe rights; use the Services unlawfully; or copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit Pravely except where applicable law expressly permits.

11. Ownership and feedback

Pravely and its licensors own the software, branding, designs, formulas, and original content. Voluntary feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not publicly identify you or use a testimonial without separate permission.

12. Availability and disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, compatibility with every device, or that the Services meet every need. No electronic storage system is completely secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pravely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the Services or financial decisions. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Service during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and additional notice when required. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, retained records, and disputes survive where applicable.
